blue rhinestone centers. There is a center gunmetal leaf wreath. Rare brooch.
Collectible. DeLizza & Elster collector's item. This particular metal accent
wreath is one of the few made in exactly this design. Figure 8s are present on
the back. Pin stop is present. Mild finish loss on some areas of the back.
