RETURNS & EXCHANGES :

We make and pack your order with Love, and we do our very best to ensure that
you're satisfied with your purchase. If you're unsatisfied with your order,

return on your item or threaten us if we're unable to accommodate you in this

We are not able to accept any cancellations.

"Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchased item if you
have any problem with it. We will do our best to resolve the issue, as we want
you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of bridal accessories,
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If a special exception is made, a 15% return fee will
apply, and the item must be returned unworn in brand new condition in 24 hours
of receiving, and the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs. ( So,
the refund will be your paid amount minus %15 return fee and the shipping cost

The return must be packaged in the original jeweler's tissue and gift box and
shipped back immediately in a shipping box to avoid any damage (no bubble
envelopes). (postmarked within seven days of delivery) . If it is not shipped
back immediately and/or in a shipping box, the package will be refused and
labeled "Return to Sender."

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any return or exchange after this time frame. "

Due to the time and effort required to create/package and ship higher quantity

We will gladly offer a *REPLACEMENT* of your original purchase if an item is
faulty or damaged in transit. We would have first received the returned item in
order to send you the replacement, and the returned item should be in its
original condition & packaging when it was shipped out to you.
