Our sizing chart is is not a typical US size chart, so please make sure to
measure yourself by following the "how to measure" guide on the listing. Do not
be surprised if on a regular basis you wear size 2 and it turns out you need a
size 8 based on our sizing chart. Dresses in general run true to size but you
always want to give a little room for possible alterations. Custom dress sizing
is available upon custom order request (at additional cost and more production
3. POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS
No garments fit like a glove and you might need an alteration done on your end
after receiving your order.
4. DRESS COLORS
What to know about our wedding dress colors: Light ivory is very similar to
off white, white color is more of "pure or blue white", champagne color mostly
refers to light ivory lace with champagne or nude lining, custom colors are
available upon custom order request (at additional cost and more production
5. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
It takes us about 3-6 weeks to complete the dress and additional 5 business
days for delivery.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND SIZING EXCHANGE
It is all about communication. For custom measurement orders, if you provide
accurate measurements we should have no major issues with how a garment fits
since the order will be made based on your measurements. For non-custom
measurement orders we do offer a sizing exchange if needed (please let us know
within 3 business days of receiving your order)
We allow order cancellations within 24 hours of your purchase for a full

7. GARMENT QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
The quality of our garments are very good and we take pride in work we do.
Customer satisfaction and pleasant shopping experience is important to us,
therefore we try to be reasonable and ask you to communicate if you have any
questions or concerns about your order.
8. IS THE DRESS EXACTLY LIKE PICTURED?
When it comes to handmade items, no two garments are exactly the same.
Sometimes we simply ran out of same fabric and have to look for a replacement
option, which is why it may or may not be exactly the same, but should be very
close to original.
Once the order is placed and before we start making the dress we will contact
you and send the picture of lace or other fabric to confirm with you before
